Najla, otherwise known as Naj, has been brought up in a persian/filipino atmosphere. She's known as the golden child amongst her siblings for her achievements at a young age, that included newspaper features of her artwork, and writing. Also, landing an internship at the Middle East's most prestigious branding consultancy, Unisono. She entered Unisono with her in-depth imagination, and the knowledge of only Photoshop and with the help of the Creative Director who mentored her, gained skills in Indesign and Illustrator.

Now, finishing off her bachelors degree, has been working as a freelance designer for almost 5 years. She specializes in Book Cover designs and has worked with authors like Megan Duncan, Kira Saito & Rachel Marie Hooley.

She continues to develop her skills in every aspect with each cover and other type of projects (bookmarks, stationery, blog layouts, banners, etc) she receives and joins in the fun of being an avid book reader, book blogger, Toastmaster and a review writer for her local newspaper.

She is also known for her quick responses to anyone’s emails, and designs. Naj has the philosophy that “Determination is greatness” and without that determination, and efficiency she wouldn’t be where she is now.
